A building materials manufacturer, not a distributor.

Crackfiller Manufacturing Corporation was established in 1990 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and has operated out of the same facility at 325 Road 128A for 36 years. We formulate and produce our own products — we don’t relabel someone else’s kettle stock.

That matters to the crews who buy from us. When a county road crew or a paving contractor calls with a question about melter temperature, agitation, or how a batch will behave in a Wyoming January, they’re talking to the people who formulated it, not a sales desk reading from a spec sheet.

Building materials — pavement preservation, concrete repair, and specialized coatings — is the whole business. We don’t split attention across unrelated categories.

How our hot-applied sealants go down

Hot-applied sealants are heated in a melter using oil as the heat transfer medium, kept moving with constant agitation, and checked against a calibrated thermometer through the pour. We recommend confirming compatibility with any surface treatment by field testing before a full application, and running the temperature warmer in cold weather so the material stays workable.

Built for crews who work outdoors.

What state DOTs, counties, and contractors get from a Cheyenne-made sealant.

Formulated to spec

Modifiers are adjusted batch to batch to meet the applicable state or local specification — not a single fixed recipe run regardless of requirements.

Own production, Cheyenne, WY

Produced at 325 Road 128A since 1990. We control scheduling, batch consistency, and quality — not a third-party contract line.
